Projects @ YMTS

Every year the YMTS team deliver a number of production and workshop projects at venues across Scotland during the Easter, Summer and October Holidays. These one- to three-week projects aim to provide a musical production experience from beginning to end - starting with company-building and auditions, through a full rehearsal process, and culminating in a performance for family and friends.

The company puts on full-length productions with older casts, and offers Junior versions of well-known productions for the younger age group. Seperate Workshop Projects use a particular show as a stimulus for developing members of the cast as young performers. These projects focus on the workshop process and participant development, placing less emphasis on the final production.

Anyone can take part in our projects, and entry to the company is unauditioned. If you would like to be involved please email enquiries@ymts.co.uk and she will place you on the mailing list.

Please note YMTS have an open access policy where no audition is required,
places are allocated on a first come first served basis.
